The present invention pertains to a method for producing a hollow fiber membrane sheet-like object involving: a connecting step in which a ring-shaped part is formed by winding a hollow fiber membrane capable of being continuously supplied around two or more rolls so as to surround said rolls and by connecting the tip of the wound hollow fiber membrane to an adjacent hollow fiber membrane, or in which a pre-formed ring-shaped part encircles two or more rolls and the tip of a hollow fiber membrane capable of being continuously supplied is connected to the ring-shaped part; a winding step in which the hollow fiber membrane is wound around the rolls by moving the tip of the hollow fiber membrane by rotating at least one of the rolls; a fixing step in which a fixed section is formed by fixing the hollow fiber membrane wound around the rolls in the form of a sheet in the width direction; and a cutting step in which a sheet-like object, to which the edge of the hollow fiber membrane is connected in the width direction, is obtained by cutting along the fixed section.
