PURPOSE: A water stop packer device and a water stop method using the same are provided to simply treat the soil leakage of a retaining wall. CONSTITUTION: A water stop packer device comprises a packer bag(100), a grout supply hose(GH), and a center bar. The packer bag is filled with gout. The grout supply hose is coupled to one end of the packer bag through a connection unit. The packer bag is temporarily fixed to the middle end of the center bar so that the front and rear ends(320,340) of the center bar can be exposed. |
