PURPOSE: An insecticidal apparatus for killing cicada generating the noise during the summertime is provided to offer functions as a road side tree or a lamp post to the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An insecticidal apparatus(100) for killing cicada generating the noise during the summertime comprises the following: a storage unit(101) storing an inducing agent(101); an inducing agent discharging unit(102) discharging the inducing agent to be spread on the outer surface of the apparatus, connected to the storage unit; and a driver(103) transferring the inducing agent. The inducing agent discharging unit is located on the upper side of the storage unit, and includes a vertical transfer pipe and branched transfer pipes for transferring the inducing agent. The insecticidal apparatus additionally includes a collection unit(104) collecting the killed cicada, and a lighting unit(105).
