<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform signal processing of a hybrid communication signal accurately and at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: A signal processing device 2 performing signal processing by inputting a hybrid communication signal from a piece of field equipment 1 which outputs the hybrid communication signal made by superposition of an analogue signal and a digital signal modulated to a frequency differing from the frequency of the analogue signal comprises: a waveform detection part 22 detecting a waveform of the digital signal; and a correction processing part 33 correcting waveform change of the analogue signal caused by the digital signal when waveform detection of the digital signal starts and ends. Thereby, the waveform change of the analogue signal caused by a DC component of the digital signal is corrected, which makes it possible to reduce an error of the analogue signal and generate an analog process value at high speed and accurately. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
