<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which can give high design to a surface of a resin molded article and can decrease a problem of design change in injection molding of the resin molded article. <P>SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 2 includes a decorating sheet 3, a transparent resin sheet 4 piled up on the surface of the decorating sheet 3, and a resin backer sheet 5 piled up on the back surface of the decorating sheet 3 on the side opposite to the transparent resin sheet 4. The decorating sheet 3 includes a print substrate 6 of sheet form formed of a thermoplastic resin which is different from the resin of the backer sheet 5, a design printed layer 7 formed on the surface of the print substrate 6, a convexo-concave pattern 8 formed by fabricating the print substrate 6 including the design printed layer 7 so as to have a convexo-concave surface, and a laminate layer 9 laminating the surface of the convexo-concave pattern 8 with a resin equivalent to the resin of the print substrate 6.
