PURPOSE: A catalyst composition is provided to manufacture polyolefin with high molecular weight and low density, and especially manufacture polyolefin with ultralow density and improved yield at high temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst composition comprises compounds in chemical formula 1-3. The molar ratio of the metal of chemical formula 1 to the aluminum of chemical formula 2 is 1:1 - 1:1000. The molar ratio of the compound in chemical formula 1 to the compound of family 13 in chemical formula 3 is 1:1 - 1:10. The manufacturing method of the polyolefin comprises a step of contacting the catalyst composition and olefin monomers.
