PURPOSE: A light emitting device array is provided to prevent the short of a light emitting device mounted on a substrate by spreading an insulating pattern to be corresponded to a location of a hole. CONSTITUTION: A circuit pattern(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A plurality of light emitting devices is mounted on one side of a substrate. One or more holes(140) connected to the circuit pattern is formed on the substrate. A first insulating layer(112) is formed on the other side of the substrate which faces one side of the substrate. One or more insulating patterns(150) are spread to be corresponded to a location of the hole on the first insulating layer. |
