PURPOSE: A doctor blade automation system is provided to reduce working time and needed man power. CONSTITUTION: A supply mean successively supplies metal coil(3a). A cutting mean(30) cuts the metal coil. A moving mean moves the cut metal coil to a bending mean(40). A delivery mean(50) moves the bent blade to a welding mean(70). The welding mean welds the blade to a bracket. A discharging mean(90) discharges the blade and the bracket to a conveyor.
