The device (10/1) has a cooling unit (48/l, 48/r) provided adjacent to another cooling unit (39/l, 39/r), where cooling air flow passes through the latter cooling unit. An arrangement of the cooling units is symmetrical relative to a vertical longitudinal centre plane (26) of a pipe outlet (12). A recirculating air flow produced by a blower device (53) passes through the former cooling unit. The recirculating air flow inflows into a region between an outer surface of a pipe cladding and the former cooling unit from top. Air outlet slots (24/il, 24/ir) extend in a longitudinal direction.
