<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a fin supporting member for an air conditioning outlet which is capable of obtaining good fin operating feeling by preventing the sudden change of the rotation load of the fin upon turning the fin, and the fin supporting member manufactured by this manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: When the fin supporting member 4 for the air conditioning outlet is formed through mold forming by employing an olefin system thermoplastic elastomer of Shore A80 or D60 as a material, many fine recesses and projections which are distributed substantially uniformly on the surface of the fin supporting member 4 are formed even when irregular recesses and projections on the surface of the mold are not removed beforehand and proper hardness can be imparted to these recesses and projections. These hardness of Shore A and D are the hardness measured based on ASTM2240. Many fine recesses and projections are distributed substantially uniformly on the surface of the fin supporting member 4 by comprising the peripheral surface of a through hole 4b and, as a result, the rotary shafts of air guiding fins 7a-7d are supported by the peripheral surface of the through hole 4b through so called point contact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
