<p>The present invention relates to amyloid-beta (?ß) binding proteins. Antibodies of the inven- tion have high affinity to ?ß(20-42) globulomer or any ?ß form that comprises the globulomer epitope. Method of making and method of using the antibodies of the invention are also provided.</p>
