<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional wind receiver plate has a structure of a hung gutter-like wind receiver plate or an erected leaf spring, and it is regarded difficult to surely make the wind receiver plate movable while receiving a strong wind and further that the conventional wind receiver plate is structured to recover with dead weights of the wind receiver plate and a lever under a weather condition of no wind, namely, the recovery is based on a natural phenomenon, so that it is regarded difficult to surely make the wind receiver plate movable. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an outdoor installation type wind power detection switch in which a sphere is placed inside a casing through which winds from all directions can pass, poles are disposed on one straight line in a vertical direction of the sphere, respectively, the upper pole is linked to an ON/OFF part of a limit switch provided in the casing, and the lower pole is provided with a wind receiver and has a return mechanism disposed for recovering the lower pole and the wind receiver.
