PURPOSE: A constant volume discharging apparatus for a liquid container is provided to insert contents inside a container body into a spuit pipe using a spring shrinking when combining a cap to the container body. CONSTITUTION: A constant volume discharging apparatus for a liquid container comprises the following: a container body(100) for storing contents, including a first screw thread(110); a second screw thread formed on the area contacting the first screw thread to be combined with the combiner body; an extension unit fixing a pipe by being extended from the both sides of the container body, and including a hollow hole; a protrusion inserting groove(230) separately formed on the upper side of the extension unit; a recessed unit(240) formed on both sides of the outer circumference of the container body; an outer cap(300) surrounding an inner cap(200), including a button guide groove(310) for moving a button unit(400); a rotation protrusion(320) rotating inside the recessed unit; plural protrusions(410,410`) combining with the upper side of the outer cap to be inserted into the protrusion inserting groove; and a protrusion unit(420) combining with the button guide groove.
