PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a one-part waterborne epoxy resin is provided to minimize loss of gloss and enhance water-resistance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an one-part waterborne epoxy resin comprises the following steps: manufacturing a denaturalized epoxy resin by reacting either a bisphenol A-type epoxy resin or a bisphenol F-type epoxy resin and an unsaturated fatty acid; increasing molecular weight of the denaturalized epoxy resin; manufacturing a water-soluble epoxy resin by neutralizing the epoxy resin with an increased molecular weight to an amine compound; adding a silane coupling agent and a denaturalized epoxy resin which includes acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer to the aqueous resin and manufacturing an epoxy resin composition; and water-dispersing the epoxy resin composition.
