<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage case that is compactly constituted, is not bulky when accommodated in a bag or a pocket, and is easily carried. <P>SOLUTION: The storage case 10 is made of an elastic and flexible material, and includes a first housing 12 for housing a blood glucose meter 50 and a lancet pen 30 and a second housing 14 for housing a lancet needle unit 36 and a test piece unit 44. The first housing 12 and the second housing 14 are partitioned by a partition 20. One end and the other end of the storage case 10 are provided with a first lid 22 and a second lid 24 openable and closable, respectively.
