PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for transferring graphenes are provided to effectively transfer the graphenes on a substrate by adjusting the characteristic of the graphenes using a substrate surface treating process. CONSTITUTION: A method for transferring graphenes includes the following: a transferring material(210) containing a base member(211) and graphenes(140) is prepared; a substrate(220) to be graphene-transferred is prepared: the surfaces of the substrate and the transferring material are treated; and the graphenes are transferred to the substrate. The surface treating process plates a plating solution on the surface of the substrate and dopes the surface of the transferring material based on the plating solution. An apparatus for transferring graphenes includes a material supplying part(10), a substrate transferring part(20), a surface treating part(30), and a graphene transferring part(60).
