PURPOSE: A photoluminescent material is provided to have a photoluminous function, to remove contaminant like nitric oxide, etc, and to have photoluminous characteristics after long-period in atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: A photoluminescent material is silver ion-containing faujasite type zeolite, and emits visible ray through ultraviolet ray irradiation. The content of the silver ion is 1-30 weight% of total photoluminescent material. The faujasite type zeolite is zeolite X. The photoluminescent material additionally comprises at least one selected from a group consisting of zinc ion, calcium ion, magnesium ion and calcium ion. |
