<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulating material that can maintain a heat insulating effect for a long period of time, and has superior recycling property. <P>SOLUTION: An exterior covering member 3 is constituted of a surface protection layer 4, an inside protection layer 5, a gas barrier 6 and a heat welding layer 7. Upon viewing a cross section when at least part of a sealed part 8 in which external peripheries of the exterior covering material 3 are heat-welded to each other is cut at a flat face vertical to the peripheral edge, the heat welding layer 7 located at the sealed part 8 has at least one recess, and a thin-thickness part 9 thinner than the periphery of the deepest part in the thickness of the heat welding layer 7 is formed at the deepest part of the recess. By this arrangement, an atmospheric gas amount intruding from the end face of the peripheral edge of the exterior covering material 3 through the sealed part 8 can be suppressed, the heat bridge is suppressed, and the vacuum insulating material 12 sufficiently achieved in a low solid-heat conductive component which an inorganic fiber originally possesses, and high in heat insulating effect can be provided. Furthermore, since a notch is formed along the peripheral edge of the exterior covering material 3, and a core material 13 accommodated in an inner bag 13a is sealed, the vacuum heat insulating material 12 easy in the reutilization of the core material 13 can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
