<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back sheet for solar cell wherein an adhesive layer having strong adhesive force with an organic film is adopted so as to make it harder to be peeled off from the organic film. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive layer contains (A) epoxy resin, (B) phenol resin, (C) vinyl copolymer which contains an unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative having a functional group that can be reacted with ethylene and epoxy resin or epoxy curing agent, and (D) siloxane compound.
