<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is required to drastically modify equipment for acquiring information on operations of production equipment in the conventional data collection system. <P>SOLUTION: A data collection system comprises a contact information acquisition part for acquiring contact information from production equipment 11, a state recognition part for acquiring state information on the state of the production equipment from the contact information acquired by the contact information acquisition part, a state coding part for converting the state information acquired by the state recognition part into contact-related information in code, and an output part for transferring the contact information acquired by the contact information acquisition part to an output device as well as transmitting the contact-related information acquired by the state coding part to a network device, thereby, can easily collect information on the production equipment operation without modifying the equipment or greatly changing a sequence program, such as a programmable controller, mounted in the equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
