The invention is related to the ceiling and roof constructions of buildings. Its can be used in the field of manufacturing building elements of relatively thin form for the construction of parts of builngs of concrete, reinforced concrete and precast fibroconcrete, particularly of saddle-shaped shells. The process offered involves such steps: a frame of solid material is prepared, which corresponds to the horizontal projection of the emerging shell borders; sides of the frame are connected to the pivot support; a flexible material, for example a sheet of synthetic fiber fabric having a size corresponding to the horizontal projection of the emerging shell, is attached at the lower edge of the frame; the formwork that corresponds by size and shape to the horizontal projection of the shell to be produced is placed on a horizontal surface, the concrete or fibroconcrete mixture is spread, sealed and planed; after the molding of the frame, one part or several parts of the concrete layer are raised up together with the installed concrete layer and are leaned so far as it is envisaged in the project of shell; the template of the frame is strengthened onto the pillars that are placed beneath it, the hardening of concrete is carried out and after it the shell is demolded. The bottom part of the shell can be reinforced by flexible material, for example, glass fiber net, carbon material placing it on the formwork surface before filling in the concrete mix or placing it on the upper shell's surface and pressing it into the concrete upper surface layer. |
