<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system by which invalid information regarding an executed job is checked and the invalid information is efficiently corrected. <P>SOLUTION: A document management system 100 gives, when a scan document is transmitted from an MFP 10 to a document management server PC 20, property information of the scan document, and stores history information regarding a transmission job in a memory. The MFP 10 adds, when the invalid information regarding the property information is received from the document management server PC 20, the invalid information to the history information. When a user logs in the MFP 10, the MFP 10 determines whether or not the invalid information is included in the history information having the same user ID as a user ID of the user. When there is the invalid information, the MFP 10 displays a correction screen for correcting the invalid property information, and when the property information is corrected via the correction screen, the MFP 10 transmits correction information to the document management server PC 20 and updates information which is managed by the document management server PC 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
