<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking apparatus having a griddle tray configured such that a mounting surface for a cooked object has a uniform temperature distribution to evenly brown a part of the cooked object which makes contact with the mounting surface, and achieving a preferable cooked result, and using the griddle tray as a cooking utensil to meet various cooking menus. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking utensil includes a mounting surface 42 for mounting a food thereon, and a heat generating layer 43 absorbing microwave energy and generating heat. The heat generating layer 43 is constituted by connecting a plurality of heat generating portions, the amount of microwaves absorbed per exposed area in a first heat generating portion 46 corresponding to the center of the mounting surface 42, is reduced compared with that in a second heat generating portion 47 around the first heat generating portion, the thermal residence or the influence of a standing wave at the center is suppressed to uniformize the temperature distribution at the mounting surface 42 of the griddle tray 41, and even browning and preferable cooked result are achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
