PURPOSE: A portable internet network access apparatus of wireless LAN(Local Area Network) terminal is provided to enable a user to receive a high quality service by using a portable internet network. CONSTITUTION: A wireless LAN connection unit(120) is connected to one or more wireless LAN terminals which are able to connect to a wireless LAN. The wireless LAN connection unit manages the connected wireless LAN terminals. A conversion unit(130) changes wireless LAN data received by the wireless LAN connection unit into portable internet data according to the protocol of a portable internet network. The conversion unit changes the portable internet data received by plural portable internet access units into the wireless LAN data according to the protocol of the wireless LAN.
