THE CORE SEMI-STACKING DEVICE OF THE GENERATOR STATOR

PURPOSE: A core semi-stacking apparatus of a generator stator is provided to remarkably shorten times to be required for core lamination by laminating the core bundle of a doughnut shape on the frame of a generator. CONSTITUTION: A stacking unit(100) is formed by laminating a sheet of a core(10) into the core bundle(10a) of a doughnut shape. A top unit(200) is placed on the upper of the laminated core bundle. An outer clamp unit(300) is arranged in the external diameter of a laminated core bundle and the external diameter of the top unit. The outer clamp unit combines the core bundle with the top unit. An inner clamp unit(400) is arranged in the inner diameter of the laminated core bundle and the inner diameter of the top unit. The inner clamp unit combines the core bundle with the top unit.
