摘要 PURPOSE: A physical quantity sensor is provided to precisely correct temperature by selecting separate two temperature ranges from the temperature range of a pressure sensor and using the optimum correction equation in each temperature range. CONSTITUTION: A physical quantity sensor comprises a physical quantity detecting element which detects physical quantities of an object to be measured, a temperature detecting element which detects the temperature of the physical quantity detecting element, a correction equation memory part(18) which stores information about a correction equation used for correction on a detection signal of the physical quantity detecting element, excluding the variation due to temperature changes, a temperature range determination part(16) which determines a first temperature range or a second temperature range to which the detecting temperature of the temperature belongs, and a correction operation part(17) which corrects the detection signal of the physical quantity detecting part using the correction equation corresponding to the selected temperature range and outputs a corrected signal as a measurement signal.
