A method for treatment of diaphysial fractures of long bones of extremities in patients with diabetes mellitus comprises the one-moment reposition and fixing of bone fragments to the fusion and compensation of signs of diabetes mellitus. At the same time one-moment closed reposition and fixing of bone fragments is carried out by blocking intramedular osteosynthesis and the compensation of diabetes mellitus is made.
