<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a motor that can improve generation of a sine wave-shaped modulation wave signal in a low-speed rotation area and generate a modulation wave signal having little sine wave distortion. <P>SOLUTION: In a control device 2 of a motor 10, a rotor 12 of the motor 10 is provided with a plurality of magnetic poles, a plurality of magnetic sensors outputting magnetic pole position detection signals according to a change of a magnetic pole position θ<SB POS="POST">re</SB>accompanying rotation of the rotor 12 are arranged at opposite positions to the rotor 12, the magnetic pole position θ<SB POS="POST">re</SB>of the rotor 12 is detected based on change and arrangement position of each magnetic pole position detection signal of the magnetic sensors, the sine wave-shaped modulation wave signal is generated based on the magnetic pole position θ<SB POS="POST">re</SB>, and sine wave driving of the motor 10 is performed.
