<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator that can be used at low cost and by low power to drive a fine volume of pico liters to nano liters, by using the volume change of thermosensitive responding polymer as a driving source, and by directly heating the thermosensitive responding polymer using a heater. <P>SOLUTION: The actuator can highly precisely drive the fine volume of pico liters to nano liters with high responsibility, by using the volume change with the phase change of the thermosensitive responding polymer as the driving source, and by directly heating the thermosensitive responding polymer using the heater to the thermosensitive responding polymer solution showing the sol-gel phase change of thermosensitive responsibility.
