<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation power measuring apparatus and a radiation power measurement method for a measurement of a radiation power of radio equipment transmitting broad band radio waves. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation power measuring apparatus comprises a metering antenna which receives radio waves radiated from a radio-wave radiation source, a drive part which modifies the distance between the radio-wave radiation source and the metering antenna, a measuring section of amplitude and phase difference which measures the amplitude and the phase difference of a reception voltage for each of frequency spectrum components for each move of the radio-wave radiation source for a specified distance, a phase compensation/composition part which synthesize a radiation power value of the radio-wave radiation source on the basis of the amplitude and the phase of the reception voltage for each frequency spectrum component, a phase reference antenna which is installed closely to the radio-wave radiation source, receives the radio waves for measurement of the phase of the reception voltage for each frequency spectrum component as a phase reference and moves together with the radio-wave radiation source, and a frequency conversion section which converts each of the radio waves, received by the measuring antenna and by the phase reference antenna into a frequency within an operation range of the measuring section of amplitude and phase difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
