PURPOSE: A manufacturing of towel using hemp yarn is provided to reduce the skin irritation by omitting pasting process and by softening agent treating. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing of towel using hemp yarn comprises: a step of deciding the number of warp by using a warper, and preparing the amount of warp (S10); a step of spraying softening agent to the warp and drying (S20): a step of classifying the warp to 'a pair of a first and a second pile warp' and 'a pair of a first and second ground warp', and connecting the pile warp and ground warp each other by using tying machine (S30); a step of weaving fabric by using weaving machine which supplies pile warp and ground warp (S40); a step of eliminating the oil and the impurities of the hemp yarn by using bleach (S50); a step of dehydrating and drying the fabric (S70); and a step of sewing both side of the fabric(S80). |
