PURPOSE: A packaging box is provided to enable users to conveniently combine four upper covers by pressurizing two upper covers, and to reduce the taping time for sealing the upper covers. CONSTITUTION: A packaging box includes a bottom surface(20) in a square shape, a side unit(10), a first upper cover(31), a second upper cover(32), a third upper cover(33), a fourth upper cover(34), and a combining unit(40). The side unit includes four side walls(11,12,13,14) and a storage space for storing packing products. The first and second upper covers are extended from two side walls, and include a pair of fitting grooves, respectively. The third and fourth upper covers are extended from the other two side walls. The combining unit is protruded from the upper side of the third and fourth upper covers.
