<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder which is small-sized and low-cost and has stable transfer performance. <P>SOLUTION: Various troubles such as changes in dimensions, exposure timing deviation, and poor transfer may be brought about in a component near a heat fixing part 18 of an image forming part 39 by radiant heat emitted from the heat fixing part 18. Then a temperature of a measurement object portion and atmospheric temperature are detected by using a non-contact temperature sensor 12 provided originally for keeping a heat roll 18A at a temperature most suitable for fixing of a toner image, whereby a temperature of an image forming part 30K or a BTR14K being the component near the heat fixing part 18 is calculated without providing a temperature sensor only for detecting the temperature. Consequently, the atmospheric temperature near the heat fixing part 18 and the temperature of the peripheral component is calculated while reducing the number of sensors to achieve cost reduction and space saving, and temperature control (cooling control) is made on the basis of these temperatures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
