The method involves producing an electrical plated-through hole in a ceramic layer i.e. solid electrolyte layer, where the plated-through hole comprises an electric conductor and an insulation body for electrical insulation of the electric conductor against the ceramic layer. An insulator film is provided for manufacturing an insulation body that is transferred into a plated-through hole aperture in the ceramic layer. The insulation body is molded using a punching method such that the insulation body exhibits greater thickness than the ceramic layer. The insulator film is manufactured using initial substance (110) that comprises plasticizers.
