PURPOSE: A transceiving system for spatial multiplexing ultra wideband communication is provided to perform a complex rake receiving procedure of a base station. CONSTITUTION: A prerake diversity combination filter(100) applies a prerace procedure to a bit signal through channel multiplex information. If a signal which is outputted from the prerake diversity combination filter is transmitted through the channel of a MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) channel responding unit, a MIMO spatial multiplex detecting unit(300) receives the multiplexed signal from a receiving antenna.
