<p>The method involves forming trenches (16) of triangular cross section at a free face of a curved circuit i.e. flat monolithic electronic circuit, and according to a preset direction, where the trenches are fixed parallel and emerged at two sides of the circuit. Glue (20) is deposited on the flanks of the trenches. The flanks are assembled to close the trenches, where width of each trenches is chosen to satisfy a relation comprising parameters e.g. lengths of arc of circle formed by the face and another free surface (22) of the circuit, thickness and radius of curvature of the circuit.</p> |
