<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism in which a consumer and a store visited by the customer can perform card settlement without caring a use restriction of the card. <P>SOLUTION: A settlement processing system includes: storing means for storing a partial settlement amount setting condition for setting the settlement amount in stages; settlement request transmitting means for transmitting a settlement request in accordance with a total sum of a desired settlement to a card settlement center; partial desired settlement amount determination means for referring the partial settlement amount setting condition when the settlement result is not acknowledged and determining an amount that is smaller than the settlement amount that is not acknowledged as a partial desired settlement amount; settlement request transmitting means for transmitting a partial settlement request in accordance with the partial desired settlement amount to the card settlement center; and partial transaction result receiving means for receiving a partial settlement result for the partial settlement request from the card settlement center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
