<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supplying a metal wire, which is used in a deforming press and has a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The device 1 for supplying the metal wire includes: bottom guide discs 3, 4 and top guide discs 7, 8, on each of which an outer peripheral groove is arranged; wire supplying tubular guides 2; top and bottom shafts by which the bottom guide discs 3, 4 and top guide discs 7, 8, are supported and which are used for driving gears; controllable drive motors 15, 16 to which the bottom shaft is operatively connected; slides 11, 12 which can be slid with respect to a body of the device for supplying the metal wire and by which the top guide discs 7, 8 are supported; and driving cylinder piston units 13, 14 by which the slides are driven vertically and respectively.
