PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample collection device with which an attached body attached on a slit or narrow portion can be easily collected and to provide a sample detector of a gas turbine provided with the sample collection device and a sample collection method.

SOLUTION: A sample collection device includes a collection member 2 arranged in a measurement part 30 to which a sample is attached, solvent supply means 5 for supplying solvent in the collection member 2, pressure reduction means 6 with which the pressure in the collection member 2 is reduced and reservoir means 7 for storing the solvent in the collection member 2 whose pressure is reduced by the pressure reduction means 6.
