Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are a method, device and terminal equipment for data writing processing. The method includes: receiving, from a host, a first batch of writing data with a first preset number; performing a program for writing the data with a second preset number, so as to write the first batch of writing data into a storage space, and receiving, from the host, a second batch of writing data with the first preset number, wherein the second preset number is twice as many as the first preset number; after receiving the second batch of writing data and when completing the writing for the first batch of writing data, writing the second batch of writing data into the storage space through a data writing program. The device comprises a receiving module and a first writing module. The embodiments of the present invention also provide a terminal equipment. The embodiments of the present invention optimize the performance of the data writing processing, and improve the writing speed of the terminal equipment. |
