<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves pumping out a decomposition product i.e. oxygen, from a storage chamber (10) of a sense element in a phase, and accumulating the decomposition product in the storage chamber in another phase. Conditions for decomposition of gas components are defined in a decomposition chamber (30).
