<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device having a small number of components and generating uniform turning torque in a turning range. <P>SOLUTION: The hinge device 4 includes a hinge case 1 made of resin attached to a fixing member 5 and an arm 2 made of resin attached to a turning member 6 and turnably supported by the hinge case. In the hinge case 1, a cylinder part 14 partitioning pivoting hole 13 and a turning guide part 15 positioned on the outer peripheral part of the cylinder part and holding a prescribed gap between the cylinder part and the turning guide part 15 are formed integrally therewith. In the arm 2, a supporting shaft 26 turnably fitted to the pivoting hole and a sliding surface 25 having an arc shape having the supporting shaft as its center are integrally formed. A torque for a free stop hinge from a closed state to an opened state by a prescribed angle of the turning member 6 to the fixing member 5 is formed by frictional force generated between the pivoting hole 13 and the supporting shaft 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
