摘要 The invention relates to metallurgy, namely to foundry and metallothermy and can be used at production of cutting and measuring (control) part of tools, guiding elements of mills (equipment) ets. An exothermal mix for producing of BKZl cast solid alloy contains, w/w: tungsten oxide – 73.0-77.5, carbon – 3.0-8.5, cobalt or it oxides calculated on cobalt – 3.5-4.5 and aluminium – the rest. The compacted mix of tungsten oxide and aluminium powder as powder of aluminium chips and carbon as powder of graphite electrodes, and cast alloy of cobalt powder or its oxides are used as a binder. The use of a mix allows to produce VKZcast solid alloy under conditions of repair premises not adapted for conventional methods for alloy melting.
