<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an exterior wall panel in each of the adjacent columns of building units placed separately easily, in a short time and with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: In a unit building 1, an exterior wall panel 100 is installed to straddle between each of the adjacent columns 11 of two building units 10 placed separately.
