PURPOSE: A body composition analyzer is provided to obtain accurate height information of a subject by estimating the height through an organ. CONSTITUTION: In a body composition analyzer, a body composition analysis device(100) calculates the body impedance of a subject by measuring a voltage applied to the body of the subject. The body composition analysis device analyzes the body composition of the subject from calculated body impedance. The body composition analysis includes a camera unit and a calculation unit. The calculation unit detects a specific organ from the image of the subject and calculates the height information of the subject.
