<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device proper to the supply of a ferrite core 49 which originally has a brittleness and has been further difficult to handle in the shrinkage of a diameter and a length lately, and to the winding of a wire rod. <P>SOLUTION: A bearing trench 56 is formed to a pad 54, and a suction hole 71 near the bottom of the bearing trench. A holding hole 43 is formed to one of winding jigs. A delivery hole 57, a receiving trench 53 and a recessed section 48 for a receiving opened to the side face of the winding jig are formed to the other of the winding jigs. The receiving trenches 53 for the winding jigs forms a space within a specified dimensional range in cooperation with the bearing trench 56 for the pad 54. In the dimensional range, a core is not oppressed while the core releasing its suction is not removed from both openings. A delivery pin 47 is arranged to the receiving trench 53. The supplied core is delivered from the delivery hole 57. A front end is penetrated into the holding hole 43 of one winding jig. A movable-side winding jig 41 is retracted up to a winding width while the place of the ferrite core 49 is maintained by the holding hole 43 and the delivery pin 47. The wire rod is wound. The movable-side winding jig 41 is retracted. Each end section of the ferrite core 49 is opened from the holding hole 43 and the delivery hole 57. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
