<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated polymer actuator incorporating a sensor and a circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The actuator comprises an electrolyte membrane which incorporates movable ions, first and second driving electrode layers which are formed on both surfaces of the electrolyte membrane respectively and give the electrolyte membrane a potential difference with external voltage, a sensor electrode layer which is formed on one surface of the above electrolyte membrane, and an electrical circuit chip which is placed on one surface of the electrolyte membrane and drives and controls the first and second driving electrode layers using the output of the sensor electrode layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
