Disclosed is a polyester film used in anti-reflective films, optical films, and the like, that is provided with a coating layer having superior ease of adhesion and adhesion weathering with respect to various overcoating agents. Specifically disclosed is a laminated polyester film with a coating layer, wherein said coating layer is formed from a coating liquid comprising an antistatic agent (A), a compound (B) having an isocyanate reactive group and a urethane bond, a urethane resin (C) that does not have an isocyanate reactive group at the terminal thereof, and at least one cross-linking agent (D).
