<p>A handlebar regulating device comprises an upper cover (4) and a lower cover (3). The upper cover (4) and the lower cover (3) are hinged at one side, and the other side is locked by an eccentric locking device (6). The top of a shaft sleeve (2) is provided with a step (21). The lower cover (3) is sleeved outside the shaft sleeve (2) and below the step (21). A rotating shaft (1) is fixed between the upper cover (4) and the step (21) of the shaft sleeve (2). The rotating shaft (1) is provided with insections, and the inner side of the upper cover (4) is provided with matched insections. The center of the step (21) is provided with a groove (22), and an elastic jacking device (8, 9) is arranged in the groove (22). The handlebar regulating device has the advantages of a simple structure, easy processing, manufacture and installation, high applicability and low cost.</p> |
