PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor capable of stably controlling the characteristics of a discharged light, a phosphor coating method, and a method of manufacturing a light-emitting device.SOLUTION: The phosphor coating method includes a step of preparing a phosphor core, a step of accomplishing a first stirring to a first solution that is the phosphor core with a first polymer and a first solvent added thereto, a step of aging the first solution, a step of accomplishing a second stirring to the second solution that is the first solution with a second polymer and a second solvent added thereto, and a step of drying the second solution to obtain the phosphor on which the polymer is coated. |
